Brigid's Green
Brigid’s Green, located at 7210 Avery Road, is comprised of 8.3 acres of land directly across the Parish on Avery Road.
A sidewalk leads to the crosswalk that links the path to the church for weekend Mass parking. This space is primarily for parking and outdoor sports athletics. The parking lot consists of approximately 100 spaces. Brigid’s Green is home to the Wolfhound Football and Baseball/Softball as well as several club sports. The concession building houses restrooms, athletic storage, and concession stand.
The funds for this project were made available from the Parish’s share of the Diocese’s Challenge and Changing Times Campaign. The property was generously donated to the parish by Bishop James A. Griffin in 1999.
