Mary of the Gael Society
The Society recognizes those individuals that have notified St. Brigid of Kildare Parish that they have made a Planned Gift or established an endowment that benefits the parish.
The importance of what St. Brigid of Kildare Parish is today will not diminish in the future. It will continue to provide a gathering place for those who wish to worship and share a common faith experience. There will continue to be a call for the quality values based education that the elementary school and religious education program provide, especially as our world becomes more complex and our Catholic faith is continually tested. The need for the various ministries and services St. Brigid provides to our community as well as the greater central Ohio will increase. The Mary of the Gael Society provides a way through a planned gift or endowment that you can ensure that the parish will be preserved for future Catholics and their families. Creating an endowment will also allow you and your family to specifically designate how all funds are used. Whether it’s through a scholarship, funding teacher enrichment, sponsoring a certain ministry or just general operating funds for the parish you can guarantee in perpetuity that your wishes are followed.
You can become a member of the Mary of the Gael Society by making a Planned Gift or establishing an endowment that benefits St. Brigid of Kildare Parish. For more information, please email the Parish Development Director.

The History of Mary of the Gael Society
The Mary of the Gael Society was named to honor our patroness St. Brigid and link her to our Dublin community’s Irish heritage. Mary of the Gael is the name the Irish people called St. Brigid. The image of St. Brigid that forms our society logo depicts a young woman with a torch leading her followers forward. We pray that we may also be leaders as we strive to create a parish whose legacy will continue into the future.
