Rite of Christian Initiation for adults (RCIA)
RCIA provides an opportunity for adults who are seeking full communion with the Church to learn about the Catholic faith.
Classes meet Thursday evenings 7:30-9:00pm from October through the Feast of Pentecost in May. Full communion for catechumens (not yet baptized) and candidates (already baptized in the Christian faith) occurs at the Easter Vigil. Catholic spouses and all Parishioners are welcome to attend the classes. Those interested in learning more about RCIA can email Paul Zemanek, RCIA Administrative Coordinator or prepare the RCIA Registration Form and send to the Parish Office. Volunteers are needed to act as companions to the candidates and catechumens or to serve on a hospitality committee. Any catechists (teachers) who are willing to share their talents are also encouraged to join our team. Please email Deacon Frank Iannarino or call him at 614-798-9763, if you would like to be part of this fulfilling ministry.
